2012 Winter Swim Team Registration

When: Sunday, February 26th from 5:30-6:30
Where: Meyers Pool 7900 Carr Dr. , Arvada
Cost: $80 + $6.50 insurance
Registration and waiver must be received before participants can get into the pool – NO EXCEPTIONS
Make checks payable to AK Swim Team
Please mail registrations to: Jennifer Leasure 11342 West 28th Ave, Lakewood, CO 80215 until February 21st, after this date registrations will be received at Meyers Pool.
Dates for winter swim: Feb. 26, March 4, 18, April 1, 22, 29, May 6,

PRACTICE TIMES

Ages 9-12 begin practice at 7am or 5pm
13+ practice at 8am or 6pm.
8 and under swim at 9am or 5pm.

SWIM TEAM REGISTRATION

Rates for Summer Swim: Applewood Knolls Member TBD, plus $6.50 insurance fee (if not paid at winter swim), plus $75 refundable parent participation fee.

Non-Member fee: $TDB plus $6.50 insurance fee (if not paid at winter swim), plus $75 refundable parent participation fee.

All fees and waivers must be signed before your child can get into the pool. Registration due by June 1st. Please mail registration forms into Applewood Knolls – 11342 West 28th Avenue, Lakewood, CO 80215 or attend the open registration the week of May 23rd. Please register as quickly as possible!!!

All Fees (except for PPF- see handbook) are nonrefundable. Your child must be able to swim at least 10 meters (the width of the pool). No refunds are given based on weather.
