Welcome to the 2023 summer swim team season! 

Applewood Knolls Swim Team is part of the Foothills Swim Association and competes in meets regularly throughout the summer. We are open to swimmers ages 5-18 years old. This is a competitive team and while we do not expect swimmers to be at all practices and meets, it is important to note that swimmers and parents understand this is not an extension of swim lessons. The swimmer MUST be able to swim the length of the pool unassisted in order to participate. Practices are one hour and swimmers are expected to listen and follow instructions as outlined by their coach.

NEW FOR 2023 – For safety reasons, swimmers 9 & under will be evaluated and split into two groups.

Week of May 22 – weather pending we will have afternoon practices only. 10 & under 4-5pm 11-18 5-6pm.

Regular practice schedule begins Tuesday, May 30th. Practices are Monday-Friday.

Family Participation Forms must be completed by all families and checks need to be turned in the first week of practice.

Team Suit Fitting | Monica with Out of Breath Sports will be at AK on May 10th from 4-6pm for try-on and ordering. If you can’t make it to the try on, you can stop by the store at their NEW LOCATION – 311 E County Line Rd in Littleton. You can view and order suits HERE

9 & Under                   9:00 – 10:00am OR 10:00 – 10:45

10, 11 & 12                 7:00 – 8:00am

13 – 18                       8:00 – 9:15am

Afternoon Practice (Only 2 lanes available for practice – intended for makeup/conflict practice. Main practice is in the morning.)

10 & Under                 4:00 – 5:00pm

11 & Up                      5:00 – 6:00pm
