Applewood Knolls Swim Team is part of the Foothills Swim Association and competes in meets regularly throughout the summer. We are open to swimmers ages 5-18 years old. This is a competitive team and while we do not expect swimmers to be at all practices and meets, it is important to note that swimmers and parents understand this is not an extension of swim lessons. The swimmer MUST be able to swim the length of the pool unassisted in order to participate. Practices are one hour (except where noted) and swimmers are expected to listen and follow instructions as outlined by their coach.

Age Division          Morning Practice          

7 & Under               10:00am – 10:45am

8 – 9                      9:00am – 10:00am

10, 11 & 12             7:00am – 8:00am

13 – 18                   8:00am – 9:15am

Afternoon Practice (Only 2 lanes available for practice – intended for makeup/conflict practice. Main practice is in the morning.)

10 & Under                 4:00 – 5:00pm

11 & Up                      5:00 – 6:00pm
